Welcome to WeBoostPH (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by ACIT. By accessing or using WeBoostPH, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Overview
WeBoostPH allows users to earn points by engaging with other content creators and use those points to boost their own social media content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use WeBoostPH.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
- Illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Spam or malicious links
- Hate speech, harassment, or explicit materials
5. Points and Wallet Balance
a. Earning Points – Users may earn points by engaging with other users or completing campaigns.
b. Using Points – Points can be used to boost your own social media content.
c. Wallet Balance and Purchases
- All wallet balance top-ups and point purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds or credits are issued under any circumstances.
- Review all purchase details before confirming any transaction.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments made to purchase points or increase wallet balance are non-refundable.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
WeBoostPH and ACIT are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
